infrared thermography detect moisture?
As moisture evaporates, it creates a cooling
effect similar to getting out of the shower

to do before a scan?
Make sure everything is away from exterior
walls, curtains, pictures, and furniture.
These will need to be moved two hours before
a scan so the wall can acclimate to the
ambient temperature.
Will I receive
pictures of the findings?
Yes, you will receive a detailed report with
all images attached.

take?

be needed if I have a home inspector?
Yes, It will reveal things not seen by the
naked eye...and allow you to inspect places
not readily accessible.
Should new
construction be scanned? I
have a warranty!
